Like a number of our customers, AvePoint is spending so much time to organize our programs for that EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), that will come into full effect in May of 2018.

This isn’t a brand new effort for all of us, but instead a continuation of the existing company dedication to transparency with this customers and employees regarding our data collection, use, retention and discussing practices. This is a continuation in our dedication to implement appropriate technical safety measures to safeguard all AvePoint stakeholders.

Included in our Security and privacy Program, we’ve implemented a governance structure to interact senior management on data security and privacy issues in addition to train all of our employees on security and privacy expectations. This structure also aligns policies, procedures and technical controls to show our process and our dedication to our customers and users.

Further, we’ve extended embedded security and privacy by design into our product existence cycle processes, and implemented a course to handle third-party risk.

We remain fully dedicated to approaching this initiative diligently using the utmost concentrate on securing and looking after customer trust.
