We’re happy to announce that AvePoint has won a Microsoft Partner of the season Award for that 4th consecutive year. 2010 recognition recognizes our focus on AvePoint Citizen Services, and we’re humbled to get the 2017 Microsoft Partner of the season Award for Public Sector: Microsoft CityNext.
The Microsoft CityNext award honors partners whose solutions address challenges for metropolitan areas, and AvePoint Citizen Services helps metropolitan areas maintain their infrastructure in excellent shape with the aid of local citizens reporting issues in tangible-time.
AvePoint Citizen Services enables government departments or citizen-support non-government organizations (NGOs) to automate situation management and incident reporting – an element that enables field officials, operational centers, and also the citizens they support to input and manage demands from the device, anywhere, anytime. Our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) option would be entirely built on Microsoft Cloud technology – including Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Cortana Intelligence Suite, Cortana Personal Assistant, and Home windows 10 – and it is open to try now through Microsoft AppSource.
The program has allowed us to build up and deliver solutions that harness the strength of the Microsoft Cloud to assist public sector agencies modernize operations, maximize efficiency, and support citizens.
We couldn’t have achieved this status with no effort, effort, and time AvePoint employees have dedicated to Citizen Services as well as an overall need to better our surrounding communities.
